Dark for Windows 10 build 10240

This is no longer being supported due to dark theme support has been added to the November update of Windows 10 (build 10586 version 1511). If you are still running on RTM build 10240, this will still work with it.

This a dark window boarders theme for Windows 10. As you all may know from Windows 8 and 10, The window buttons and text are both black and will blend into a black background. This fixes that issue by changing the buttons and text to white. This won't theme modern apps because the window color is set on a per-app basis and is independent from visual styles.

This does require your theme engine being patched to allow third party themes. You can install UXTheme Multi-Patcher if you don't have it installed: uxstyle.com/ (This should work on future Windows 10 builds, including preview builds)
